The following forms of payment are accepted: wire transfer. Payment must be received before registration is confirmed. Payment must be received by September 15 to take advantage of the Early Bird conference rates listed here.

Registrations cancelled after October 1 are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds may be made after October 10.
